Improving Nocturia in BPH -A Short Clinical Observation in Naturopathy OPD:
A patient presenting to the Naturopathy Outpatient Department with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) reported significant sleep disturbance due to frequent nighttime urination, occurring approximately five times every night. As part of the naturopathic approach, the patient was advised simple hip bath therapy along with an anti-inflammatory dietary regimen. Within just two days, the patient reported a noticeable improvement, with nocturnal urinary frequency reducing from five times to two times per night. This reduction also helped improve the patient's sleep quality and overall comfort. This case highlights the potential role of simple, non-invasive naturopathic interventions as supportive measures for symptom management in patients with BPH.
